How Does Online Coaching Work?

  1. Coaching Summary

My coaching is about you, as a trainer I will help you reach your goals. I design a unique training program fit your needs based on your experience and goals.

  2. Before & After Shots

Before starting you shoot before photos and videos that I request which will be the starting point and base for your program to be fully adjusted towards your level and goals.

  3. Workout Plan 

I design a workout plan based on your goals. The program will have links to each exercises explaining it, in total you get access to +120 exercises shot on video. After half the period I make changes to the program and we keep training.

  4. Online Coaching 

You may ask questions, send videos and photos and we’ll discuss your training  through ”WhatsApp”. Every week we will talk about your training. You will provide about 3-5 videos recorded during the week which I’ll give feedback on and set new goals for the following week.

2 months = $298

Douglas helped me with serious coaching and insporation to reach my goals. I can recommend training with Douglas because he is comitted, fun and has a lot of knowledge. Sometimes you need that extra push to move up a step on the training ladder. With Douglas you get that!

    Tränat online med Douglas i 2 månader. Behövde hjälp med bålstyrka och bygga upp skulderstabilitet. Kör sex pass i veckan med tränings program, som rullar runt varannan vecka.
    Lärt mig att ha noggranna uppvärmningar för att koppla in småmuskler.
    bålstyrkan blir bättre för varje veckan, fått bra nedre rygg aktivering och öppnat upp ROM i skulderbladen. Även börjat med lite handstående.
    Jag tycker Douglas är en bra PT, har man frågor om övningar skickar han klipp på övningarna med bra tips att tänka på. Jag langar klipp varje söndag och då går vi igenom klippen, vad som är bra och vad som behöver förbättras.
    Douglas har en bra youtube kanal vilket ger motivation till träningspassen.

    I’ve been getting online coaching from Douglas for 2 months now and it’s been great. Been getting stronger by the week and looking forward to every time it’s time to workout. Hence we decided to continue for another 2 months with a more intense prg. The programs that he set up for me were perfect for my needs in the sense of strengthening my techniques for the front lever which I’ll focus more on these next 2 months and an overall strength in general.     Idag känner jag mig extra stolt.
    För 2 mån anlitade jag allra första gången en PT, med målet att lära mig handstående.
    Och för mig har det handlat mycket om att träna upp styrkan för detta, förstå tekniken och bli medveten om kroppens position. Och oj vad svårt och jobbigt vissa saker varit. Men jag har kämpat, har långt kvar, men tycker det är så roligt att ta sig an nya utmaningar, som kanske kroppen inte är gjord för.
